Do you know Bulgri?!

This is a newly created BTS Jungkook ramen recipe that combines fried chicken noodles and neogurs. BTS' Jungkook made his first announcement when he posted his recipe on social media to share it with his fan club, ARMY. Originally, I was curious to see what it would taste like if I mixed two delicious ramen noodles, so I made one too.

Bulgri Recipe

Preparation: red chicken fried noodles, neoguri, perilla oil

To boil ramen noodles, put about 650ml~680ml of water in a pot and bring to a boil. (I used a tumbler's scale to adjust the amount of water.)

Before the water boils, add the roasted chicken noodle liquid sauce, half of the neoguri soup, and the seasoned soup, and wait for the water to boil. And adding the neoguri's kelp is optional, so you can do whatever you want. But I put it in and boiled it so that the broth came out.

When the water starts to boil, add the fried chicken noodles and neoguri noodles and bring to a boil.

When the soup is gone, the sides of the pot will stick, so stir well and cook Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan until it boils to a certain extent, then turn off the heat and rub it with a tablespoon of perilla oil. I think the secret of bulgri lies in perilla oil. I think you can also add sesame oil or olive oil, but I'm not sure what it tastes like. haha

Now, serve it in a beautiful bowl and sprinkle it with a soup of fried chicken noodles, seasoned seaweed, and sesame seeds, and the BTS Jungkook Bulgri is ready.

What does it taste like?

First of all, I combined 2 ramen noodles and cooked them, and the amount of ramen was so large that I didn't think I could eat them alone. However, if you like bibi noodles, I think you will find it a good idea. And at the end, perilla oil is added, which is not an option, but a necessity.

Also, the reason why spicy dishes seem to be good to try is that they are spicy when you first eat them, but they don't have a persistent spicy taste, but the spicy flavor comes in front of you and disappears shortly afterwards. It is highly recommended for those who want to try fried fire chicken noodles but can't eat them because they are spicy.

Also, ramen noodles such as bibim noodles were amazing if they were wrapped in pork belly or meat, but they went well with bulgri meat. If you like spicy food but can't challenge it, please give it a try. Especially foreigners in the BTS fan club ARMY, please try making it.
